San Diego native Dr. Noel Moser attended college and dental school at the University of the Pacific, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in biology, as well as her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. She was active in the Phi Beta Kappa honor society throughout her tenure at University of the Pacific. After dental school, Dr. Moser continued her studies at Loma Linda University, where she earned her Master’s Degree in orthodontics.

After finishing her orthodontic residency program, Dr. Moser was an associate with a San Francisco orthodontist known for her expertise in treating craniofacial malformations. Dr. Moser was also part of a surgical-orthodontic team with Stanford Hospital, treating birth defects, as well as facial and dental deformities.

Dr. Moser is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, California Dental Association and American Dental Association. She has been a featured speaker at orthodontic society meetings, discussing her research from various published association journals and has helped advance the field of orthodontics.

She is also a Partner in Education for the Poway Unified School District and the lead sponsor for supporting youth sports with the Boys and Girls Club in 4S Ranch.

Dr. Moser enjoys snow skiing, tennis, golf, theater and scrapbooking. She and her husband, Robert, have three daughters, Lauren, Hannah and Aubrey and their newest addition, son Matthew who was born on January 4, 2010.
